About Kirsty
Since March 2026, Kirsty has been a Digital & Traditional Property Specialist at eXp Realty South Africa — one of the world's largest cloud-based brokerages. Her focus is on facilitating both conventional and crypto-enabled property transactions, introducing alternative buyer channels including offshore and digital capital, and working with developers on structured and tokenised real estate opportunities.
Before joining eXp Realty, Kirsty spent seven years as a Real Estate Consultant at Midteam Real Estate in Midstream, specialising in property valuations, listings, and client advisory across Midstream Proper and Midfield Estate. She built deep relationships with homeowners, buyers, and property investors in that market. Prior to that, she served three years as a consultant at Chas Everitt International Property Group in Centurion, handling everything from listing to transfer in residential estate and suburban markets.
Kirsty holds a Master's degree in Animal Sciences from Kansas State University and a BSc from the University of KwaZulu-Natal — a research foundation she applied as an R&D Specialist at AFGRI, where she led development of animal feed additives. That scientific rigour informs the analytical precision she now brings to property markets and alternative capital structures.
