Mukhtar is the Founder of SM Web Systems, where the studio's work spans wallets, tokenisation platforms, regulatory intelligence tools (VASP/CASP/FSP), and inclusive learning and med-tech solutions that personalise education and wellbeing for all learners and neurotypes.
His background covers ICT project management, crypto mining and trading, Web3 VC, Fifth Industrial Revolution investing, energy tech, and mining/commodities across sub-Saharan Africa - alongside extensive work in philanthropy, neuroinclusive hiring, and global talent placements.
He continues to mentor founders weekly and has helped professionals secure roles and build companies across Africa, Europe, the UK, the US, and Asia.
